    An initial consultation is a comprehensive assessment designed to explore your health history, current concerns, symptoms, lifestyle, nutrition, and wider health goals in depth. Together, we will begin to identify potential underlying drivers and contributing factors influencing your health, allowing for the development of a personalised and evidence-informed nutrition and lifestyle plan tailored to your individual needs. Functional testing may be recommended where appropriate to support clinical evaluation and tailored interventions.

  • 90 minutes @ £85

    A follow-up consultation is an opportunity to review your progress, assess how you are responding to your nutrition and lifestyle plan, and make any necessary adjustments based on changes in symptoms, circumstances, or goals. This session allows for ongoing guidance, accountability, and personalised support, helping you build sustainable habits and maintain progress.

  • 15 minutes @ £45

    This call can help existing clients address questions mid-plan, challenges, and changes in symptoms.

    If you're not an existing client, but would like help with navigating misinformation, or making sense of the latest research, i can provide educational guidance to support an informed decision making process.
